TERM AND CONDITION

  1. Domain Purchase:
    Client must purchase and register their own domain (e.g., from Serverfreak, Exabytes, etc.).

  2. Covered Costs:
    Webysia will cover only the cost of designing and developing the website. Domain, and third-party services are not included.

  3. Service Plan Subscription:
    Client must subscribe to any Webysia service plan (available at webysia.com) with a minimum 1-year commitment.

  4. Early Termination:
    If the client cancels the subscription before 12 months:

    • All premium themes and plugins will be deactivated and uninstalled (as licenses are owned by Webysia).

    • All website content, product data, and media will remain intact.

    • The client will have access to their raw website content but not the full licensed features.

  5. Terms of Service:
    During the subscription period, the client agrees to follow the Terms of Service listed on webysia.com

  6. Processing Timeline:
    Project will begin only after domain setup and subscription confirmation. Estimated timeline 2-4 working days.

  7. Coupon Code Redemption:
